Outman welcomes 33rd District veteran to state Capitol
LANSING, Mich. — State Sen. Rick Outman, R-Six Lakes, welcomed Michigan Army National Guard veteran Jessica Wright to Lansing Thursday morning as his guest for the Senate’s 27th Annual Memorial Day Service.
