LANSING, Mich. — State Sen. Rick Outman, R-Six Lakes, welcomed the Rev. Dr. Andrew Pomerville to the Michigan Capitol on Tuesday. Pomerville made the trip to Lansing from Alma College to deliver the invocation before Senate session.
