LANSING, Mich. — State Sen. Rick Outman, R-Six Lakes, welcomed his son Patrick and Lisa Neitzel Parsons to the state Capitol for Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s 2020 State of the State address on Wednesday.
Parsons teaches 11th grade chemistry at Alma High School.
