LANSING, Mich. — State Sen. Rick Outman, R-Six Lakes, welcomed the Rev. Dr. Zane Abberger to the Michigan Capitol on Wednesday. Abberger made the trip to Lansing from Lakeview Baptist Church and delivered the invocation before Senate session.
